Sophie Andrews employs skills in data manipulation, econometrics, and data visualization to answer questions related to the ongoing energy transition. While at DSA, Ms. Andrews has evaluated a variety of demand response and energy efficiency projects across several states. She has automated energy reports, created interactive tables to model costs under electric rate changes, and has extensive experience translating econometric results into colorful and clear report graphics. Prior to joining DSA, she worked for six years in academic economics research at UC Berkeley and Stanford University using Stata, R, Python, and more. In her free time, Sophie is a dedicated rock climber.
