She joined the Demand Side Analytics recruiting unit to coordinate high-impact outreach for energy efficiency programs, ensuring the right heroes are always in the right place at the right time. Before answering this call, she spent 11 years mastering the art of recruitment in a high-pressure private club environment. There, she honed her abilities to identify talent, train new operatives, manage personnel, orchestrate large-scale events, and lead teams with confidence and precision. Her legend grew even stronger through 16 years as a professional educator in the Pennsylvania school system, where she shaped minds, inspired growth, and proved that knowledge is one of the greatest superpowers of all. Captain Catalyst is known for her rare ability to communicate with absolute clarity and forge powerful alliances wherever she goes. When she is not saving the day, she recharges through cross-training and kayaking, adventures to the beach, and time with her closest allies.
