Melissa McInroe is a quantitative analyst with a master’s degree in applied statistics from Pennsylvania State University. She previously conducted research for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. During her time with these government agencies, she used her expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning to collect and clean data, analyze complex relationships, determine the effectiveness of interventions, and predict outcomes.
