Kathy holds a B.A. in English Education from Ithaca College and is a valued member of the Demand Side Analytics recruiting team, where she supports the coordination of recruitment efforts for energy efficiency program outreach. She brings 14 years of recruiting experience from a private club setting, where she led interviewing and hiring initiatives, trained new staff, managed personnel matters, coordinated events, and guided team operations.

In addition, Kathy has 16 years of professional teaching experience in the Pennsylvania public school system. Her combined background in education and recruiting gives her a strong ability to communicate clearly, build meaningful relationships, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys cross-training and kayaking, spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and traveling to cheer on her four children as they compete in a variety of sports.
